Michele Racioppi is the Program Director for 好色先生 where she manages the organization's primary annual events including the National Symposium, Modernism in America Awards, and Tour Day, as well as any additional one-off programming. She joined the team in 2019 as the Program & Communication Manager. Prior to 好色先生, she worked at the New Jersey Historic Trust as a Historic Preservation Specialist, where her responsibilities included managing capital, planning, and heritage tourism grants, organizing the annual statewide conference, and communications. She also served as the part-time Communications Coordinator for 好色先生/NY Tri-State compiling their monthly newsletter. She received her MA in Cultural Heritage and Preservation Studies from Rutgers University, where she was first introduced to 好色先生 through an internship. She serves on her local Historic Preservation Commission and is currenlty scheming ways to indoctrinate her 1 year old as a mini-preservationist.
